If you are not satisfied with your first paid EloAI subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original payment date.
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for EloAI (the browser extension and related services offered at
tryelo.com).
By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this policy in addition to our
Terms of Service.
Eligibility
You may request a refund if all of the following are true:
- Your request is submitted within 14 calendar days of your first successful payment for a paid EloAI plan.
- The refund request relates to a direct subscription purchase made through EloAI or our authorized checkout provider.
- You provide the email address associated with your EloAI account and, if available, your payment or invoice reference.
What is covered
- First-time paid subscriptions: Monthly and annual Pro plans are eligible for a full refund within the 14-day window.
- Refund amount: Approved refunds are issued for the amount paid for the eligible subscription charge, excluding any taxes or fees that we are not permitted to refund under applicable law.
- Access after refund: Once a refund is approved, your paid subscription access will end and your account will revert to the applicable free plan, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
What is not covered
- Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the original payment date.
- Renewal charges for subscriptions that were not canceled before the renewal billing date.
- Second or subsequent paid subscriptions on the same account after an earlier refund has already been granted, unless required by law.
- Enterprise or custom contracts billed outside standard self-serve checkout, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
- Charges disputed directly with your bank or card issuer while a refund request is already under review with us.
- Refund requests based on violation of our Terms of Service, including misuse or abuse of the product.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at support@tryelo.com with the subject line Refund Request and include:
- The email address on your EloAI account
- The plan purchased (for example, Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly)
- The date of purchase
- A brief reason for your request (optional, but helpful)
We may ask for additional information to verify your account and payment before processing your request.
Processing time
We aim to review refund requests within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Cancellations vs. refunds
Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for charges already paid.
If you cancel within the 14-day refund window and want your payment returned, you must submit a refund request using the process above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
Material changes will apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted, unless otherwise required by law.
